I appreciated the fantastic location just around 500 meters from Victoria Park and less than a 10-minute walk to the Royal Pump Room Gardens, making it easy for me to relax surrounded by nature during my city explorations, and I always enjoyed the friendly staff and the satisfying breakfast.

I really loved how the main centre of Leamington Spa was just a short walk across the park, making it super easy to explore local sights like Jephson Gardens and Royal Pump Room Gardens, both just around 400 meters away, and the breakfast included was very good with nothing being too much trouble from the staff.

The only downside was a bit of noise from guests returning late at night, but it was manageable.

the victoria is in a fantastic spot, close to the town centre and the railway station. our apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and came with great facilities like a cooker, microwave, and free parking. breakfast at the lodge was excellent, just what we needed after a long night out!

I recently spent one night in a single room and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and charm of the space. The delicious breakfast was a fantastic start to my day. being so close to the Royal Pump Rooms and just a short walk to the Queen Victoria Statue meant I could easily indulge in my passion for exploring landmarks and parks.
